2. No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” — we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

You were charged but never received your download link
The file delivered was corrupted or unopenable
You were charged more than once for the same order

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and directly. Unauthorized chargebacks for properly delivered digital goods will be disputed.
